Another cyanotype by Victorian botanist Anna Atkins. I like how this one is a departure from the usual ferns and plants. It's interesting to see the way feathers translated once the cyanotype was exposed to light.I'm waiting for a sunny day to experiment with sunprint paper. Aside from ferns and feathers, I'm scoping around looking for shapes and objects that might be interesting. Lace would be cool.

That is very pretty. It reminds me of the photograms I used to enjoy making in high school.
